Recycling and Composting Protocol for GHG Emissions Accounting

Emissions accounting is a powerful tool for documenting and communicating the benefits of recycling and composting to the community. This Recycling and Composting Protocol, which complements ICLEI USA’s Community Protocol, offers guidance to local governments seeking to measure the emissions benefits of recycling and composting activities with emissions accounting.
