This toolkit provides decision makers with relevant tools to improve waste prevention and management policies and programs in their cities, based on research and practical work conducted through the UrbanWINS project. It also highlights various testimonials, case studies, resources, and sectorial/thematic content relevant for the understanding and replication of the approaches, as well as best practices advice.
