U.S. Community Protocol for Accounting and Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions

A multi-part protocol from ICLEI USA compiled to help local governments measure and report emissions associated with their communities. In addition to guidance and advice on best practices, the tool includes appendices to support emission accounting connected to the built environment, transportation and mobility, solid waste, water and wastewater, agriculture and livestock, use of materials and services, consumption, and forests.
