Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration for a Circular Turku

This case study, prepared under the Circular Turku project, provides an introduction to the city of Turku’s efforts to facilitate its circular transition by building and strengthening multi-stakeholder collaboration. Success factors and positive impacts of improved collaboration across stakeholder groups are highlighted.
