Sustainable Procurement Analysis

This report, authored by ICLEI for the Sustainability Directorate in Western Cape, South Africa, evaluates sustainable public procurement (SPP) efforts and future trajectory in the province. The report provides a knowledge base for the local government to use in further developing its SmartProcurement Programme.

They support new local economies that are productive and not extractive, where resources are exchanged and not wasted.
