Rebecca is coordinating key initiatives under ICLEI’s equitable development pathway. Through peer learning facilitation, knowledge creation and advocacy, she is working to strengthen socially just climate action, community empowerment and fair resource access in urban environments.

Rebecca’s previous experience includes event management in the cultural sector as well as education and research in the field of audiovisual journalism. Holding a M.A. degree in humanities, Rebecca advocates for placing people at the heart of urban sustainability efforts and systematically including disadvantaged populations.
